Vipps for Wix order management
In the Vipps Portal, administrators will get information regarding sale units, transactions, reports, statistics and portal users.
The portal requires a user to have a valid Norwegian BankID, which is the most used electronic identification solution in Norway and a Norwegian mobile number.
From the Transaksjoner ("Transactions") menu, you get an overview of all transactions made; as well as creating Cancellations, Captures, and Refunds.
How to cancel a reserved transaction
Click Kanseller ("Cancel") on the order you want to cancel.
Confirm the cancellation by clicking OK.
The reserved amount will be released on customers account immediately.
Capture a transaction
Select the reserved order that you need to capture. Enter the amount to capture to do a partial capture. To capture the full amount, click the Belast (Capture) button without adding the amount.
Refund a transaction
Click on the captured order you need to capture. Click the Refunder (Refund) button. Enter the amount to refund to do a partial refund. To refund the full amount, click the Refunder (Refund) button without adding the amount.
